BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE SOFTWARE), YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, USE OR DISTRIBUTE THE SOFTWARE.
Section 1 Granting of rights of use This Software is protected by copyright. All rights resulting from this copyright exclusively belong to SWG Schraubenwerk Gaisbach GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SWG). SWG grants you a non-exclusive licence under the following conditions: You may only use the Software product in your business unit under the provisions of this licence agreement. You may not modify the Software in whole or in part, combine it with other software, produce other software products based on this Software or its parts, rent out the Software, sublicense the Software, use or reproduce the Software in any form other than those expressly permitted by these provisions. The rights and obligations arising from this agreement may only be transferred to third parties with the express written consent of SWG.
Section 2 Warranty/liability SWG provides no guarantee that the Software will function free of errors. SWG expressly states that it is not possible, according to the latest technological standards, to produce computer software that is completely free of errors or to manufacture it in such a way that it will function free of errors in all applications, software and/or hardware configurations. SWG provides no guarantee that the Software is free of errors or that the Software will be sufficient for the purposes or requirements of the licensee or will work with the hardware or software used by the licensee. The Software is provided free of charge to the licensee by SWG. The liability and warranty of SWG is therefore limited to intent and gross negligence. Any liability for claims arising from the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. SWG provides no guarantee that the Software and data storage medium are free from computer viruses. It is the responsibility of the licensee to use suitable means to check the Software for the presence of such computer viruses, and it is strongly recommended to do so. SWG does not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage of any kind caused by the presence of computer viruses.
Section 3 Brands and trademarks All names, brands and trademarks used in the licence agreement, software or documentation are the property of the owners of the respective name, brand and trademark, even if not expressly indicated as such. Ownership is fully recognised by the licensee.
Section 4 Final provisions The court with jurisdiction for the registered offices of SWG will be the competent court for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, insofar as the contractual partner is a registered trader, a legal person under public law or a legal entity under public law; the registered offices of the contractual partner may also be used at the discretion of SWG. This agreement is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This contract contains the entirety of the agreements between the parties. Changes or additions to this agreement must be made in writing. Should one or more provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void, or include a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract shall remain unaffected. The parties shall undertake to replace the invalid or void provision with an enforceable provision that reflects as closely as possible the sense of the invalid or void provision as intended by both parties.

No liability is assumed for the correctness and completeness of the calculation results. Liability arising from intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
